It features stable operation, a large allowable pressure difference, and low noise. Equipped with a multi-spring actuator or electric actuator, it is suitable for applications with large flow rates, large pressure differences across the valve, and low leakage requirements. <br/> This series of products includes standard, bellows-sealed, insulated jacket, high-temperature, and low-temperature types. Nominal pressure ratings are PN(MPa) 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.4, 10.0; valve body diameter range DN(mm) 40~400; applicable fluid temperature -196~+560℃; leakage standards include Class I; flow characteristics include linear and equal percentage.     Features:

    1. Uses a balanced valve core structure, with small axial unbalanced force, large allowable pressure difference, and good stability.

    2. The sleeve has strong interchangeability, is easy to disassemble and assemble, and is easy to maintain.

    3. The all-metal valve core structure is suitable for various working conditions, reaching Class I leakage standard; the ZXMQ soft-sealed structure valve core reaches Class V leakage standard.

    4. The valve body is designed according to fluid mechanics principles with an equal cross-sectional area to minimize flow resistance, allowing for a large adjustable range, with an inherent adjustable ratio of 50.

    5. The actuator uses a multi-spring structure, reducing height by 30% and weight by 30%.

     

     

    This series of regulating valves uses a modular design and can be used in different combinations with various accessories.

    Standard type: Operating temperature -20~+200℃, leakage level is Class I;

    Heat dissipation type: The valve cover is equipped with a heat sink and can be used in occasions with a medium temperature of -60~+450℃.

    Regulating and shut-off type: The soft-sealed structure valve core reaches Class V leakage standard;

    Bellows sealed type: Completely seals the up and down movement of the valve stem, preventing fluid leakage

    Low-temperature type: Uses a long-neck valve cover and bellows seal, suitable for -196℃;

    The valve core and valve seat are hard-faced with Stellite alloy, suitable for high-temperature, cryogenic, and other harsh working conditions.
