Self-acting low-pressure regulating valve / Self-acting differential pressure regulating valve
A self-acting pressure differential valve is a device that automatically adjusts the pressure difference of one or two media without the need for external energy, maintaining a constant pressure difference. For example, in industrial furnace gas combustion systems, it is used to control the mixing ratio and flow rate of two fuels (fuel A and fuel B) to achieve ideal combustion conditions, saving fuel and investment. It can also be used in pressure reduction, micro-pressure, and differential pressure regulation systems for various industrial gases such as coal gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, ammonia, nitrogen, and oxygen. It can also be used in hydrogen-cooled generator unit sealing oil systems to control the pressure difference between the sealing oil and oxygen to ensure reliable sealing.
Pilot-operated self-acting pressure regulating valve
Self-acting pressure regulating valve with a pilot-operated type (referred to as pressure valve) does not require external energy. It uses the energy of the controlled medium itself as the power source. A pilot is introduced to the pressure valve to control the position of the valve core, changing the flow rate of the medium through the valve, so that the pressure at the outlet (Type B) or inlet (Type K) of the valve remains constant. It is mainly used in occasions where the pressure before the valve is high (0.2-0.8 MPa) and the pressure after the valve is very low (0.5-100 kPa), such as 50 mmH2O (water column). It is only used in nitrogen venting devices and is used in conjunction with the nitrogen supply device. When used alone, please use a valve instead.

Self-acting pressure regulating valves are actuators that automatically regulate using the energy of the controlled medium itself without any external energy. The biggest advantage of this product is that it can be used in places without electricity or gas, while saving energy. The pressure setting period can be adjusted freely within a certain range. According to the needs of various process occasions, self-acting pressure regulating valves have three types of internal parts: single-seat self-acting pressure regulating valves, sleeve self-acting pressure regulating valves, and double-seat self-acting pressure regulating valves. Users can choose according to the working conditions (pressure difference, temperature, medium state) and leakage requirements. According to the needs of various process occasions, self-acting pressure regulating valves have three types of valve cover types: ordinary (general occasions), long neck (large pressure regulation range), and heat dissipation (temperature 350~550℃).
Electric/pneumatic diaphragm angle valve

Electric/pneumatic diaphragm double-seated control valve
The pneumatic diaphragm double-seated regulating valve adopts a double-guided structure and is equipped with a multi-spring actuator. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and convenient disassembly and assembly. It is widely used in the precise control of gases, liquids, and steam, and process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level are maintained at the set value. It is especially suitable for occasions with large pressure differences and relatively large allowable leakage, and for not-so-clean media. <br/> This series of products includes standard types, bellows sealed types, jacketed insulated types, high-temperature types, and other varieties. The nominal pressure ratings of the products are PN16, 25, 40, 64; the valve body diameter range is DN25~450. Applicable fluid temperatures range from -250℃ to +560℃ in various grades. Electric/pneumatic diaphragm three-way regulating valve
The pneumatic/electric three-way regulating valve uses a cylindrical thin-walled window-shaped valve core guide, unlike the bushing guide of a plunger-type valve core. Equipped with a multi-spring actuator, the valve body has a four-way structure, namely one inlet and two outlets (split flow type), and two inlets and one outlet (merged flow type), thus achieving fluid mixing for heating or cooling, or unequal fluid splitting, to meet the requirements of different operating conditions. This valve has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, and easy maintenance. <br/> This series of products includes standard, heat dissipation, and bellows sealed types. Electric/pneumatic diaphragm single-seated fluoroplastic-lined regulating valve
The pneumatic/electric single-seated fluoroplastic lined regulating valve consists of two parts: a pneumatic diaphragm multi-spring actuator (or electric actuator) and a straight-through single-seated fluoroplastic lined valve. All parts of the valve that come into contact with the medium are made of corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene using a high-pressure fluoroplastic lining process. The valve body, valve core, and valve stem are all coated with 3mm of polytetrafluoroethylene, providing excellent corrosion resistance. A bellows and packing made of polytetrafluoroethylene provide double sealing for superior sealing performance.
Micro flow pneumatic diaphragm single-seated regulating valve
Low-flow thin film single-seat regulating valves can widely control the flow of various gases, liquids, and steam, ensuring the normal operation of the production process. This series of products has a wide range of applications, with pressure levels ranging from 1.6 MPa to 11.0 MPa. The rated flow coefficient Kv is much smaller, with a minimum of 4x10⁻⁶, so it can be used in many occasions requiring precise control of micro-flow, such as fine chemicals, food additives, pharmaceuticals, and electronics industries.
