Electric/pneumatic diaphragm single-seated fluoroplastic-lined regulating valve

The pneumatic/electric single-seated fluoroplastic lined regulating valve consists of two parts: a pneumatic diaphragm multi-spring actuator (or electric actuator) and a straight-through single-seated fluoroplastic lined valve. All parts of the valve that come into contact with the medium are made of corrosion-resistant and aging-resistant polytetrafluoroethylene using a high-pressure fluoroplastic lining process. The valve body, valve core, and valve stem are all coated with 3mm of polytetrafluoroethylene, providing excellent corrosion resistance. A bellows and packing made of polytetrafluoroethylene provide double sealing for superior sealing performance.

    Features:

    1. Corrosion Resistance: The valve cavity, valve core, valve seat, and valve stem are all coated with 3mm of polytetrafluoroethylene (FEP), resisting corrosion from all chemical media (including concentrated sulfuric acid, strong alkalis, and aqua regia).

    2. Sealing: Double sealing is achieved using a bellows and packing made of polytetrafluoroethylene. If the bellows fail, the valve packing provides a secondary protective seal.

    3. Leakage: Because the valve core and seat are soft-sealed, the leakage is far below the national Class IV standard.

    4. Flow Rate: The fluid passage is smooth, and the flow capacity is strong.

    5. Actuator (Pneumatic): A multi-spring type actuator is used, which is small, lightweight, has high output force, and high adjustment accuracy.

    (Electric): An electric servo actuator is used, with high adjustment accuracy.
