Lined butterfly valves

Rubber-lined and fluoroplastic-lined butterfly valves are designed and developed for slurry pipelines in large coal-fired power plant desulfurization and denitrification systems. They are also suitable for transporting liquids and gases (including steam) in various industrial pipelines, especially those with corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, chlorine, strong alkalis, aqua regia, etc. This product features excellent shut-off performance, strong corrosion resistance, and a long service life.

High-performance butterfly valve

The triple-offset butterfly valve uses a unique triple-offset structure for the valve disc and sealing ring, featuring a compact structure, excellent shut-off performance, and long service life. It combines both regulating and shut-off functions. It is widely used in chemical, power, light textile, food, pharmaceutical, papermaking industries, as well as municipal engineering, water plants, and other pipelines to cut off or regulate the flow of water, sewage, oil, air, gas, natural gas, and steam. <br/> This series of products has nominal pressure ratings of PN(MPa) 0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, 4.0 (150lb, 300lb); valve body diameter range DN80~1200 (3”~48”); -60~+450℃; multi-layer sealing, achieving bidirectional zero leakage: with all-metal hard sealing, it reaches Class V leakage, and the flow characteristic is approximately equal percentage.
