The pneumatic diaphragm double-seated regulating valve adopts a double-guided structure and is equipped with a multi-spring actuator. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and convenient disassembly and assembly. It is widely used in the precise control of gases, liquids, and steam, and process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level are maintained at the set value. It is especially suitable for occasions with large pressure differences and relatively large allowable leakage, and for not-so-clean media. <br/> This series of products includes standard types, bellows sealed types, jacketed insulated types, high-temperature types, and other varieties. The nominal pressure ratings of the products are PN16, 25, 40, 64; the valve body diameter range is DN25~450. Applicable fluid temperatures range from -250℃ to +560℃ in various grades. The leakage standard is Class Ⅱ and Class Ⅲ. Soft sealing can reach Class V; the flow characteristics are linear or equal percentage. A wide variety of specifications are available.

    Features:

    Top and bottom double-guided double-seated regulating valve, good stability during operation.

    With two valve cores and valve seats, using a "four-way" valve body can be easily converted from positive installation to reverse installation, and the air-closing valve can be changed to an air-opening valve.

    The valve body is designed with an equal-section low-resistance flow path according to fluid dynamics principles, and has a large rated flow coefficient.

    Small unbalanced force, allowing for larger pressure difference.

    The actuator adopts a multi-spring mechanism, reducing the height by 30% and the weight by 30%.

    Large adjustable range, inherent adjustable ratio is 50:1.

    Metal valve cores are suitable for various working conditions, and soft-sealed valve cores reach Class Ⅵ leakage standard.

    The bellows sealed regulating valve completely seals the moving valve stem, preventing fluid leakage.

    The regulating valve is equipped with an insulation jacket for use in situations where fluid cooling can easily cause crystallization and solidification, leading to blockage.

    Low-temperature type is used in low-temperature and cryogenic applications.
