This product consists of two parts: a multi-spring pneumatic diaphragm actuator and a plunger-type single-seated control valve. The actuator receives external control signals, the push rod generates displacement, and the stem 6 and valve core 8 move relative to the valve seat, changing the fluid flow entering the valve body 9, thereby ensuring that the production process proceeds normally according to a certain procedure or requirements.
Features:
The valve body flow path is strictly designed according to the equal cross-section and low flow resistance, so the pressure drop loss is small. The valve core adopts a reinforced stem single-guiding structure, with excellent operational stability and can withstand the impact of high-speed fluid on the valve core. The actuator adopts a multi-spring circular uniform arrangement and uses a high-strength rubber diaphragm actuator, which can accept control signals with different values such as 20-100 KPa, 40-200 KPa, and 80-240 KPa.
