Working principle:
Standard type: The temperature bag is filled with expansion liquid, acting on the metal bellows and needle rod inside the operating element. The liquid volume changes depending on the temperature change.
This causes the bellows and valve core to move together. The valve proportionally adjusts according to the temperature change, thus achieving automatic temperature control.
Electrically controlled type: The setpoint temperature is transmitted to the intelligent temperature control electric actuator via a temperature-sensitive element. After comparing with the set temperature, the actuator generates an axial movement, driving the stem and valve core to produce linear displacement, achieving automatic valve adjustment and thus automatic temperature control. The set temperature can be adjusted on-site.
