The pneumatic/electric direct-acting cage-style single-seated regulating valve is a pressure-balanced single-seated regulating valve. It uses a cage-type sleeve guide and single-seat sealing structure, with an S-shaped streamline flow path and imported MA43 series balanced sealing rings. The overall characteristics include stable operation, large allowable pressure difference, precise flow characteristics, and low noise. Equipped with a multi-spring actuator or electric actuator, it is suitable for applications with small allowable leakage and large pressure difference across the valve. <br/> This series of products includes standard, bellows-sealed, insulated jacket, high-temperature, and low-temperature types. Nominal pressure ratings are PN (MPa) 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.4, 10.0; valve body diameter range DN (mm) 40~400; applicable fluid temperature -150~+250℃; leakage standard is Class IV; flow characteristics include linear and equal percentage. It adopts a cage-type sleeve guide and single-seat sealing structure, with an S-shaped streamline flow path and uses imported MA43 series balanced sealing rings. The overall features include stable operation, large allowable pressure difference, accurate flow characteristics, and low noise. Equipped with a multi-spring actuator or electric actuator, it is suitable for applications with small allowable leakage and large pressure difference before and after the valve.
This series of products includes standard, bellows sealed, insulated jacket, high-temperature, and low-temperature types. Nominal pressure ratings are PN(MPa) 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.4, 10.0; valve body diameter range DN(mm) 40~400; applicable fluid temperature -150~+250℃; leakage standard is Class IV; flow characteristics include linear and equal percentage; a variety of types and specifications are available.
Features:
1. Adopts a balanced valve core structure, with small axial unbalanced force, large allowable pressure difference, and good stability.
2. The sleeve has strong interchangeability, convenient disassembly and assembly, and is easy to maintain.
3. Adopts a cage-type sleeve guide and single-seat sealing structure, reaching Class N leakage standard; the ZXGO soft-sealed structure valve core reaches Class V leakage standard.
4. The valve body is designed according to fluid mechanics principles with an equal cross-sectional area bottom flow resistance, large adjustable range, and an inherent adjustable ratio of 50.
5. The actuator adopts a multi-spring structure, reducing height by 30% and weight by 30%.
This series of regulating valves adopts a modular design and can be used with different combinations and various accessories.
Standard type: Operating temperature -20~+200℃, leakage level is Class I;
Heat dissipation type: The valve cover is equipped with heat dissipation fins and can be used in occasions with a medium temperature of -60~+250℃:
Regulating and shut-off type: The soft-sealed structure valve core reaches Class V leakage standard:
Bellows sealed type: Completely seals the up and down movement of the valve stem, preventing fluid leakage.
Low-temperature type: Using a long-neck valve cover and bellows seal, it can be used at -196℃;
The valve core and valve seat are overlay welded with Stellite alloy, suitable for high-temperature, cryogenic, and other harsh working conditions.
