V-ball valve

V-ball valves use a unique V-shaped structure, featuring compact structure, good sealing performance, and long service life, combining both regulation and shut-off functions. They are widely used in chemical, power, light textile, food, pharmaceutical, and papermaking industries for cut-off or regulation control of process media. This series of products has nominal pressure ratings of PN(MPa) 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.4, 10.0 (150lb, 300lb, 600lb); valve body diameter range DN(mm) 25~400 (1”~16”); applicable fluid temperature -60~+450℃; various grades: metal sealed type sealing grade is Ⅳ, Ⅴ, soft sealed type is Ⅵ, reaching zero leakage; flow characteristics are approximately equal percentage.

    Features:

    The valve body uses integral casting technology, resulting in a compact structure, small size, and good pressure resistance;

    Seal types include soft seal and metal seal, offering choices to meet different operating conditions. The sealing surface is clad with Stellite alloy for use in some more demanding conditions;

    The eccentric structure significantly reduces operating torque and increases the allowable pressure difference of the valve;

    The ball surface undergoes hardening treatment, improving wear and erosion resistance, and extending service life;

    Simple flow path, large flow capacity, adjustable ratio up to 100;

    The V-shaped ball and seal ring have a shearing action at the moment of closure, which can cut fibers and extrude particulate matter in the medium. It is especially suitable for pulp, sewage, and other media containing fibers and particulate matter, and is also suitable for general media;

    Standard actuators (pneumatic piston type, electric interchangeable).
