Pilot-operated self-acting pressure regulating valve

Self-acting pressure regulating valve with a pilot-operated type (referred to as pressure valve) does not require external energy. It uses the energy of the controlled medium itself as the power source. A pilot is introduced to the pressure valve to control the position of the valve core, changing the flow rate of the medium through the valve, so that the pressure at the outlet (Type B) or inlet (Type K) of the valve remains constant. It is mainly used in occasions where the pressure before the valve is high (0.2-0.8 MPa) and the pressure after the valve is very low (0.5-100 kPa), such as 50 mmH2O (water column). It is only used in nitrogen venting devices and is used in conjunction with the nitrogen supply device. When used alone, please use a valve instead.

Self-acting pressure regulating valve

Self-acting pressure regulating valves are actuators that automatically regulate using the energy of the controlled medium itself without any external energy. The biggest advantage of this product is that it can be used in places without electricity or gas, while saving energy. The pressure setting period can be adjusted freely within a certain range. According to the needs of various process occasions, self-acting pressure regulating valves have three types of internal parts: single-seat self-acting pressure regulating valves, sleeve self-acting pressure regulating valves, and double-seat self-acting pressure regulating valves. Users can choose according to the working conditions (pressure difference, temperature, medium state) and leakage requirements. According to the needs of various process occasions, self-acting pressure regulating valves have three types of valve cover types: ordinary (general occasions), long neck (large pressure regulation range), and heat dissipation (temperature 350~550℃).

Lined butterfly valves

Rubber-lined and fluoroplastic-lined butterfly valves are designed and developed for slurry pipelines in large coal-fired power plant desulfurization and denitrification systems. They are also suitable for transporting liquids and gases (including steam) in various industrial pipelines, especially those with corrosive media such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, chlorine, strong alkalis, aqua regia, etc. This product features excellent shut-off performance, strong corrosion resistance, and a long service life.

High-performance butterfly valve

The triple-offset butterfly valve uses a unique triple-offset structure for the valve disc and sealing ring, featuring a compact structure, excellent shut-off performance, and long service life. It combines both regulating and shut-off functions. It is widely used in chemical, power, light textile, food, pharmaceutical, papermaking industries, as well as municipal engineering, water plants, and other pipelines to cut off or regulate the flow of water, sewage, oil, air, gas, natural gas, and steam.
This series of products has nominal pressure ratings of PN(MPa) 0.6, 1.0, 1.6, 2.5, 4.0 (150lb, 300lb); valve body diameter range DN80~1200 (3”~48”); -60~+450℃; multi-layer sealing, achieving bidirectional zero leakage: with all-metal hard sealing, it reaches Class V leakage, and the flow characteristic is approximately equal percentage.

V-ball valve

V-ball valves use a unique V-shaped structure, featuring compact structure, good sealing performance, and long service life, combining both regulation and shut-off functions. They are widely used in chemical, power, light textile, food, pharmaceutical, and papermaking industries for cut-off or regulation control of process media. This series of products has nominal pressure ratings of PN(MPa) 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.4, 10.0 (150lb, 300lb, 600lb); valve body diameter range DN(mm) 25~400 (1”~16”); applicable fluid temperature -60~+450℃; various grades: metal sealed type sealing grade is Ⅳ, Ⅴ, soft sealed type is Ⅵ, reaching zero leakage; flow characteristics are approximately equal percentage.

O-ring PTFE-lined ball valve

The O-ring lined PTFE ball valve is a full-bore floating (two-piece) and full-bore fixed ball (three-piece) ball valve structure. The valve body and ball are lined with fluoroplastic, mainly used for cutting off or connecting corrosive media in pipelines, and can also be used for fluid regulation and control. The actuator uses a high-performance double-piston rack and pinion structure, with high transmission efficiency and compact structure, or an electronic electric actuator.

O-type cut-off ball valve

The "O" type cut-off ball valve is a two-piece ball valve structure. The valve body consists of two parts, the main and the auxiliary. The ball core adopts a full-bore design, with a large rated flow coefficient and low flow resistance. The soft-sealed ball core surface is hardened using a special process, making it smooth and wear-resistant. The valve seat sealing material is carbon fiber reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene; the hard-sealed ball core surface is treated with tungsten carbide spraying, which has extremely strong wear resistance, and the valve seat sealing material is stainless steel welded Stellite alloy, with a long service life. The actuator uses a high-performance double-piston gear-rack structure, with high transmission efficiency and compact structure, or an electronic electric actuator. The nominal diameter range of this series of products is DN15~300mm (1/2”~12”), and the nominal pressure rating is PN1.6、4.0、6.3 MPa (150lb、300lb).

Electric/pneumatic diaphragm angle valve

Pneumatic/electric angle regulating valves adopt a modular design with strong universality and interchangeability, and have a compact structure. The conventional top-guided structure, plus the optional bottom-guided structure below the valve seat, makes it suitable for various high-stability, high-pressure difference occasions, meeting user requirements. Specifically designed for media with high viscosity, easy crystallization, containing particles, and 90° elbow connections, the angle regulating valve body has no dead angle, facilitating purging, therefore it is particularly widely used in the food industry.
This series of products includes various types such as standard type, heat dissipation type, low temperature type, regulating and cut-off type, and bellows sealed type. Product nominal pressure ratings are P(MPa) 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.4, 10.0 (150lb, 300lb, 600lb); valve body diameter range DN(mm) 20~400 (3/4”~16”); applicable fluid temperature -196~+560℃ in various grades; leakage standard has V class, V class, V class; flow characteristics include linear and equal percentage. A wide variety of specifications are available.

Electric/pneumatic diaphragm double-seated control valve

The pneumatic diaphragm double-seated regulating valve adopts a double-guided structure and is equipped with a multi-spring actuator. It has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, sensitive action, large valve capacity, precise flow characteristics, and convenient disassembly and assembly. It is widely used in the precise control of gases, liquids, and steam, and process parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and liquid level are maintained at the set value. It is especially suitable for occasions with large pressure differences and relatively large allowable leakage, and for not-so-clean media.
This series of products includes standard types, bellows sealed types, jacketed insulated types, high-temperature types, and other varieties.
